Offering daily health care services at the shelter will improve our health care and emergency services systems across Anchorage. This partnership between Catholic Social Services and Southcentral Foundation will improve the lives of many people. Bold actions, based on evidence and science, must be taken if we are going to make a difference in our world.

Bill sponsor, Drummond, will give an overview of the bill at the March 14 hearing in the House Health & Social Services Committee, after which, committee members can ask questions. Though verbal testimony from the public will not be heard until later, written testimony can be submitted at any time. Such comments are sometimes used by committee members during the hearing.
